Nah, he's just here to offer some input and good criticism. But don't take it personally. Even without all of the little fixes and changes needed in the show, Winx can still be enjoyed just as it is by many fans.

I've knew this long time ago, and watched the trailer. Maybe this is another next animation which will hit the show, again with fantasy all these.
I would like to watch this show asap, if it's going to be in singapore. Wait, I bet it is coming to singapore! XD

Yeah, the earliest I noticed the show was I think back in January, but I guess I didn't pay it any attention. I hope it's interesting, and not silly like Yu-Gi-Oh or some other anime with fighting monsters =P.

Update on who will be broadcasting and when (looks to be as soon as Fall 2008). There are a few websites which show distributors relevant to which ever part of the world you are from. For the US, 4Kids will be get rights and be showing it on the CW, so I'd better be double checking whether I even have that channel. I think I may have channel surfed through it once before....

For ze boys and girls interested, here's a little more info on the new Huntik show. It is slated for January 2009, but who knows if/when the US will air it. So I'll be checking torrents ^^. Here's the link, with some other slight info on Winx Club.

Huntik is a new series similar to Winx Club for male audience. The synopsis is very exiting. This new series is a good mix of Harry Potter, Indiana Jones and superheroes.

The new trailer makes me even more excited to watch it. Good animation with nice voice acting: that's about all I ask for when I watch cartoons these days.

Oh yeah, that's a given =P. if the plot is not at least good (great would be better) then it's trashed. But typically I won't even consider those shows that have bad plots, or plots that I don't care about one way or the other (ex: not all, but a lot of animes). But that's getting more subjective so I won't go into that =).

The show looks pretty good, and yeah it looks similar to how W.I.T.C.H is drawn.

This new series is a good mix between Harry Potter, Indiana Jones and The DaVinci Code.

Huntik will be on tv in January 2009 in Italy.

So it's the combination between a very good yet still overrated story, a story where the author pretty much created the impression he had done his research when he actually hadn't, and a franchise that lost its dignity the instant the hero survived a nuke by hiding in a (conveniently) lead-lined fridge.

Hmm...

Of course, after seeing that one trailer, I know I am going to unjustly decry it as a rip-off of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, what with JJBA's Stands. Shame too. I expect everyone to call me out on that unless someone drops a steamroller on someone else. Dio Brando did that first, and Dio Brando did that the best.

It may very well be that it doesn't stand up to other famous cartoons and plot lines (and I can't deny it if it reeks, lol). Well, neither does Winx Club but I still watch it =P. Maybe it's because I don't have an arsenal of fantastic cartoons/animations to compare it to so it makes it easier for me to accept sub-par stories and/or characters xD. It may even turn out to be more like most of the 4kids cartoons I can never, ever appreciate. But even if it is only sub-par I shall watch just for the sheer joy of watching a cartoon that has a Western animation style ^^. I miss that style, but I'm probably only a small percentage of the world that does =P.

Though one thing bugs me. I can't shake the feeling of it being another "Yu-Gi-Oh" every time I think of the creatures they summon...

I don't know but I have read the yu gi oh manga and there is a couple of duels in it its a load of other random stuff nothing like the program
