I know how to make glitters but I don't like animating that much since it is a pain to me sometimes. I do glittering in the noise version but when I use glitter fills I don't know where I came from since I got them looong time ago so I don't use them.

You use animation and a graphic program to make them. Lunar Princess used glitter fills to animate her graphics. If you do not want to go to websites and get glitter fills, you can use the noise effect.
