I don't think she is Bloom's mother, thats very stupid right? If Daphne is her mother, where is Bloom's dad? If Daphne is Bloom sister and just want to show off her looks, what is this related to the movie? *Sigh*

Dafne (Spelt Italian) is definitely Bloom's sister, and I think that she may be able to guide Bloom through the past to help her discover more about her parents and stuff, the same way she guided and protected her in the first season.

I tend to disagree, sure, the Winx Club movie doesn't have 'Advent Children' graphics, but that doesn't mean it's bad, not at all, I saw this shot of Flora, Stella and Bloom in their normal clothes and that lookes simply amazing, and the trailer isn't half bad to, they did a great job with Daphne.

Where did you see them in their normal cloths. I do admit daphne has come out of the change of 2D to 3D better. Still prefere 2D

It's their 3D hands that bug me the most. They look so fake, it's hard to get over; every time they pick something up or hold something, I'm like "How is that staying in your grip? Your hand is made of plastic!"

i know that in the italian version they say that daphne is bloom's sister, and in the 4kids a "spirit" or "nymphe"...does anyone remember when bloom "lost" her dragon fire that she had seen daphne's likeness carved into the stone on a townhall like building in down town magix, and than there were those books that "attacked" bloom when she was in the lib., why, if shes her sister, would she be there? idk just a thought that hit me

i think 4kids just srewed up on that one.
But it did puzzle me for a while.

Even if Dafne was Bloom's sister, it's still possible that she was one of the nine nymphes. It would require some extra explanation that I doubt we're going to get, but I wouldn't rule it out completely. Being one of the princesses of Domino doesn't mean she had to stay there all her life; she could've been off doing nymphe-y things and saving people and...such.

4Kids is going to need to do some serious backtracking with their Dafne story for the movie to make much sense in the US.
