According to Michael's Winx Club: News Page, the Winx Club movie is coming to Spain on December 19th. ^_^

To me, though it may be a stretch for a connection, it is good news for the US and Canada. If it is uploaded online, there is the potential of more English-speaking people understanding it (somewhat)... since many schools in the US offer Spanish as a course (moreso than other languages that is.) I know I'd be able to understand it to a minimal extent... (I definitely don't know a lot of Spanish, but I know most of the "basics")

What to say, Bloomfan will try to record it in english version for the people whom live in english countries didn't get to watch the movie.

wow. i can't believe we still haven't got the movie yet.
i guess i can watch the movie in spanish. i totally can understand it. but i perfer the movie in english.
well i hope someone can post the movie in spanish.

I have heard of that; but I'm not one who enjoys downloading extremely large files onto my computer... icon_confused.gif It is extremely kind that someone dedicated a lot of time and effort to sub it though; much appreciated. ^_^

I wonder why they are putting the English version on the back-burner... I mean, even if it wasn't coming to the US, why put the english version on hold? Those from the UK have known about it for just as long as we have, in fact, they even have a designated part of the official Winx Club Movie site (though it hasn't been updated in ages...) The whole situation baffles me.

I honestly think Straffi is cheesed off at the US for not showing him as much interest or profit as he expected...but then why alienate other English speaking countries, like Canada, England, and Australia? So I don't think I have an idea as to why either...

I emailed 4kids who would be the ones to translate the movie and season 4 for us and they emailed back saying they don't know anything about a Winx Movie or Season 4.

We are doomed.

So that means they never intended to bring the movie over to the US, right? Honestly, I don't think I mind anymore. Straffi won't be able to stop people from getting the movie one way or another.

Well, yeah. Sorry to say, but I've read it from a chinese article where the couple stated that they have no plans to bring the movie to the US because "Straffi said: [ The movie are different from the Hollywood films, the Americans will think that the movie are too profound.” The wife thinks that if they cannot make it big in US, it will be a disgrace of the winx movie. ]

But there will be a winx movie 2 in 2010, straffi is working on that!
