The warn is use to warn people when they break the rules in the board.
You can be increase and decrease by the moderator or admins only.
Just make this clear, you don't want to have warns from us... because its a bad thing... if your warn percent reach 100%, its depends by who warn you but mostly you will be ban for a length of time.
Being warn will post problems for the user because we may moderate your posts before allowing people to see like 4kids and you don't want that... do you?
