Matell makes movie dolls in China, ships them over here to the US...

They'd be cheap. All I have to say.

Erm, for me I think mostly all things are made from Shen zhen (China) Cause mostly all those factories are at there. Do you know why?

1: Salary for the workers are cheap
2: Materials are cheap
3: Everything is cheap
4: So that when they sell worldwide, they will make it expensive.

So next time if your boyfriend propose a diamond ring to you, don't accept it cause everything is totally made from china. Cause ALL THINGS ARE TOTALLY CHEAP, BAD QUALITY AND UNALIKE , AS IT IS MADE FROM CHINA

No offence for those china lovers, all these are said by my mum, since she's a worldwide accountant

I don't think Mattel made the Italian winx dolls, actually, I'm almost very sure that they didn't

Mattel released its own line of winx dolls.

I agree winxclub-joy. Things are made in China because the Chinese that work in factories don't get paid hardly anything, so therefore, it's cheaper to produce things there. It's sad, but true. Countries like the US take advantage of that and send their companies overseas so it'll be cheap. Then they sell the product here for a lot more money then it took to produce it.

I just don't know, because the things are cheap there doesn't mean it is good. Look at the bags, when I'm still working I saw the bags. Oh gosh, bad sewing skills.
Everything is really darn bad, eek! Don't tell me the computers we're using is made from china?! Oh no, I'm so going to die! ahh!

I wouldn't exactly say that. Many products from China are of a good quality. Some aren't, that's true, but not all products from there should be labeled as 'bad', although, with all the toy defects and issues and such (Mainly it's Mattel's problem), some are a bit cautious from buying toys from China anymore.

i love china but the products aren't all bad that are made in china.
it also depend the company who are damending the products. if they gave a bit more money the workers might do better. plus you got to see the place the workers work in. its so horrible. if the companys help gave a little more money they could fix the place and order better equipment. china does have some of the dangerous factories. you can't really blame the workers for the bad products.

It's not the fault of the workers, it's the fault of using cheap quality. If it's cheap, it won't last long and people won't like it

I don't think the stuff is cheap, the labor is cheap, thats why all that paint had lead in it, since there are so many factories over there and so many workers since they need jobs, companies aren't very careful with their products.
