They are just fooling us, the turds. I know they speak english juuuuuust fine. I got one reply back from the merchandising staff and it was completely in english. *clears throat* Here is what they had to say:

"I am currently on maternity leave. Please forward all questions to...*such and such email addies* Thank you for your inquiry."

I was so excited to see "RE: Winx Dolls" in my mailbox. And then...I get either a quick reply from the lady or some pre-recorded message. What the foo? *shakes fist wildly*

i'll take some bubble tea again. i asked my chinese friend about that and she said she have heard of it. she had it once and it was good! so i'm taking her advice and trying to find if i can really find bubble tea over here.
