i didnt like hannah montana at first, i thought it was stupid. but i love the disney channel and eventually started to like it...it sucks that the suite life series is about to end within a couple of episodes

I agree i wasn't liking disney channel and hannah montana at starting. But i like they both now. Not a huge fan of the show but i sometimes watch it.

Meh, I don't really like it. The humour's a bit to forced and the premise is to.... implausible for my tastes. (And yes, this coming from a girl who loves shows like Transformers and other Sci-Fi based ones, this might sound odd, but at least they have a certain kind of logic, this show severely lacks.)
Not to mention Hannah Montana is to much of a Sue for me.

I totally agree with you P-girl. I'm not into it at all, I find the show too cheesy (along with all of the other Disney shows) and it is pushed way too much onto kids (it seems like everywhere I go I see her face somewhere, it gets really annoying.)

Agreeing with Abby and P-girl here. I've watched it once or twice just to see why girls would possibly like it, but I still can't figure it out. I have to say that the character of Hannah is... greedy? Selfish? Jealous? Whenever something good happens for her best friend (I can clearly remember the first episode I saw: the one where Lily joins the cheerleading team), she is jealous of it. She can't stand not to be the center of attention, yet she whines when she is, too. I think Disney is just... lacking from when I watched it a few years back.

P.S. I feel very sorry for the abused lafftrack in that show.

I don't like her singing either, it sounds very nasaly to me, and I think her souther accent sounds really forced and not genuine.

It's not that I hate Hannah Montana, because I don't.
The show is okay, I don't think it's all that funny. But it's a pretty good show.
I find it annoying when a new hit happens on Disney Channel, new products are EVERYWHERE!
You can find Hannah & HSM stuff @ Macys, Claires, Target, Walmart, Borders! I mean everywhere.
I personally believe Disney should have, designed Hannah Montana's character different.
I agree with what PinkSugar said. Miley plays a jealous, selfish and selfcentered character.
Again, I don't hate Hannah Montana. Disney is just different now.

True, that's one thing I don't like about the show.

Like in the episode where Miley (who's horrible at flag football) makes a bet with another girl that Lily's team will beat that girl's team at flag football? And then Miley suggests that whoever wins the bet can cut the other's hair? And then she complains when Lily doesn't pick her? I mean, come on, I don't think anyone would risk losing all their hair in a stupid bet, not even for their best friend.

I think Hannah Montana, just like High School Musical, has a VERY specific target audience. And once you 'grow' out of it, you don't like it any more.
