hi umm this is my first time ever asking for advice.
over the past few weeks i've been having these bad dreams about all my friends refusing to talk to me, and calling me a lier and a backstabber, and its been causing me to lose sleep can anyone give me any advice on getting rid of these dreams (sorry if this is a bit lame like i put at the top i've never asked for advice before)

I know what you mean about that what helps me gt through bad dreams and get some sleep is listening to some music to calm you down and get you distracted and away from those thoughts. Also you could try and buy some sleep spray to calm your nerves before sleep. It's probably your mind playing tricks on you is all don't really worry too much about it. Also talk to your friends about these dreams it might help to ease your mind. I hope my advice works.

Hey Sis, Sad to hear you lose sleep with the amout of the sleep you take,don't lose ANY! but maybe you watched a movie or something that's gotten you to think liek this cuz i coudln't imagine your REAL friends and you have a fight that goes that far, but maybe you can focus on something eles, like concertration on something eles and then you'll dream about it instead of dreaming about those horrible thoughts

Although people say the opposite, i've found cheese before bed actually helps get rather entertaining dreams. One of my girlfriend's fanfics is one of the dreams I got from cheese... (Then again it might just be cos i'm wierd...)

When I was a bit younger I too suffered from bad dreams, and every night for a long time too.

AP-sisser, it might be that you're subconciously worried about something with your friends. Maybe you think they're angry at you, or maybe you're angry at them for something and don't even know it. If you think it would help, talk to them. Or, who knows, this could just be some random mess your brain comes up with at night because it's bored.

While we're on the subject of the meaning of dreams, though, does anybody know what it means if you have a lot of dreams about killing zombies? o___o 'Cause that's been happening in my dreams a lot for the past year. Sometimes it's the major plot of the dream, and sometimes I just run by a zombie and take it down while I'm really doing something else. But most of the time I'm in a group, there's an army of zombies, and we've all got swords. It's not really reoccuring, though, because it's different setting and situation every time. So if anybody knows if this actually means something, or if I'm just odd, please let me know.

Maybe you just really like Zombies ^_^ I wouldn't read too much into it. When I was younger I had the same dream every night for a while and in that dream the world was taken over by zombies (They were blue and looked cartoonie.)

XD I was figuring it was just something like that, Ranma. But some of my other friends are into dream interpretation and stuff, so I thought I'd ask.

Don't get me wrong. Sometimes dreams may have meanings, and they could be prophetic. I'm a Christian, and in the Bible God gave people dreams that predicted things that happened in the future. I also have been known to have dreams that have come true before. However, sometimes dreams are just dreams ^_^
