I can't really help you that much but I'd go with what Abby said.
It's pretty hard to lose weight where you want to and gain weight where you want to... it usually ends up that if you lose a lot weight in one area (like the stomach), you'll also end up losing it where you don't want it lost.
Also, like Abby said, don't eat 1 hour before bed, (not even cereal). What you eat stays with you all night and since your body is relaxed, it takes it a lot longer to digest it, so a lot of it turns to fat.
Also, my tip is to not drink soft drinks. I know that that is a downfall and ruins people's diets. Family members of mine diet and drink a ton of pop and let's just say that their dieting turned out to be a failure. Pop= tons of sugars and calories= lots of fat. (Once in awhile is ok, like for special occasions, but one pop per day is not at all alright).

Like a lot of people said already: you're not done growing yet. You gain weight as you get older. What will help you the most is a healthy diet and exercise.
(If sit-ups aren't your thing; trust me, I hate them too; then go for walks, ride your bike, or play sports that you like. I found that walking is a great form of exercise.)

Totally agree ^^. Just get fit and healthy because it's good for you, and hopefully you're not feeling pressured or self-conscious. I just ignored the people around me as best as I could, which was still pretty hard. I lost weight because I knew I should and that I was unhealthy.

No, I don't think I look great enough. I can't believe I had a tummy suddenly and a big fat hips and legs. Which I really hate it, I never eat fast food much or anything. I just drink a lot of water and healthy food. And also, I did always walk to school instead of taking bus. But I don;t have the idea why I look fat. And guess what, now I'm growing gray hair. I totally love my hair color and I do not want to ruin it by dying it! Any ideas hiding the gray hair?

Oh gray hairs...hmm...It could just be stress related. I'd say before you dye it or get too stressed over it maybe talk this over with your doctor. I'd even say go ahead and talk about your weight issue with your doctor too. Sometimes it's not always diet and lifestyle that make people overweight, but it can be a combination of internal problems (such as a thryoid problem being overactive) mixed with lifestyle practices. My friend had a terrible time losing weight and they found out later that she had a thyroid problem (when she was about 19) and then she had to take prescriptions to keep it under control, and then her weight slowly went back to normal.

If he/she says you're normal then they will offer some guidance in how to get your weight down through changes of your lifestyle. If they brush you off and don't give you any guidelines to go by then they aren't doing their job. They need to help you with your problem. As for the gray hair, I hope they won't say you are normal. Honestly, for being so young I can't think they would think it is normal for you to be getting gray hairs. Just ask them if it's stress related, and if they say it isn't then ask them what could possibly be causing it. Just bombard them with all the questions you have.

joy. quite thinking your fat. i might have never seen a picture of you but don't say your fat. if you think that you'll believe that. its all in your head. the gray hair. it must be stress. maybe your too worried about that you say you look fat. just relaxed. if you eat healthy food then continue. your still growing up, your body will change a lot. it has for me. just relax ok sweetie.

Aww, don't worry. There are so many of us that have or are going through the same thing. But you don't have to show what you look like. And if it's worrying you so much definitely just talk things over with your doctor and see if they can help you get on a plan that helps you get where you want to be.

Hmm, well for yourself you should just go into the doctor even if you just tell your family it's for a checkup. But I too think you should at least tell one of your parents or maybe an older sibling (if you have one). You may have to explain your worries to one of them, but they may be able to help you (and hopefully aren't over-bearing). But somehow just get to a doctor or weight specialist and talk over your problems. Just talking and discussing ideas can help you a lot.

well, I got to tell. I'm not close with my family, and even I tell them they won't even understand. The reasons why I've becoming like this is mainly because of family stress if I'm not wrong. And also, just recently a friend just sneaked my personal problems to my aunt, and I hate it! I do not want any of my family to know my personal life and problems, but my friend betrayed me! and I talked to her in a phone convo, she said that it is to help me, and I actually cried. it's not only my family problems, it is also because my friend betrayed me! She told what she shouldn't tell, and so what if i always look emo everyday of my life? I'm always like that, so what? It's my problem right? I don't mind what I meant to be, because it's destiny. I got no choice! And why she become so busybody for?
I'm depressed, and I don't know what to do. I've cried at then night, and I thought through night. I decided not to meet her anymore, or contact her or any of her friends. We're considered through. And I cried again in school today, never talk to any of my classmates. Until I got a chance to meet another friend of mine. She cheered me up (One of my BFF, which is trust able) , and I'm now quite in a good mood now. Although I'm now smiling, typing my keyboard, but deep in my heart I still felt a bit unhappy.

I would try to take refuge with your remaining good friends then. You need some kind of outlet, some friend to just rant your problems to even if it's just to get it out in the open. And even we here on this forum don't like you to be depressed =(. It's not easy to get out of that funk though, I understand. And I think maybe your life is just stuck in a rut at the moment. One thing you can try to take stock in is your dream to become an animator and even work for Rainbow or Straffi. I think if you keep that dream alive it will help through most of your days. Unica-Musa had a good idea, you could think of all of the great things you love about yourself, and think about those whenever you feel yourself slipping into a sad state. I never quite know how to help people who have depression as I can only recall how I felt in high school. I can say that once you become more and more independent and are able to control more aspects of your life a lot of weight comes off your shoulders, and you get a sense for what it feels like to be a part of the moving world. Maybe one thing you can do is get a part time job if you don't have one already? Something that would help give you pride in yourself.

I already did that once, but it's useless. And I do keeping my dream of being an animator, working in rainbow and also with Straffi. *Imaging it now*
But, it's just something that I cannot resist. I'm not fear of anything, but except of eye contact with people and spiders. But my biggest fear is my family. i do not want to say much, but all I can say is I think I'm the stupidest among the family (My relatives can get degree, U graduated students and also an A students. But me? I'm a student whom dropped my grades in Pri school, sucks at maths and science, low-ranked student, and now studying a course that Singapore will not acknowledge!)
I wanted to prove that I can do it, but now I'm lacked of confidence to believe in it.....
