I am needing some tips for studying and...doing the exam. I am very slow and like to make sure everything is in tip top shape. But I end up not finshing and losing marks.
Also I need study tips, of any kind. Maybe it'll help me know everything certainly so I am not so slow. Anyone is able to give out some tips?
I never really needed to study. I absorbed everything in class..
Try to read it slowly, and over again.
don't try to cram, that actually makes it worse.
Do 1 small part one day, then the next day, quickly go over it and go another part
If you are stuck on a question on a test, skip it and come back to it at the end
Thanks wkw! I really need advice >_<
Goals:
Don't fail one exam.
Revision:
Do it your own way-you learn your way, this has always help me i read through my notes repitedly and that is how i learn. Others do practice papers, others do mind maps
Make sure you relax as well as revising
Make sure you have a clear plan with room for unexpected things
Make sure your main revision finishes a few days before exams for first exam fine polishing
Exam:
Work out Marks per time period (generally a mark a minute)
Make sure you keep to this as it is easier to get a 80% of marks than the last 20% of the marks
Thanks Marty!
thats ok
[noguests]Make sure you get enough sleep around the time of the exam, and focus on things that the teacher repeated many times, or stressed/emphasized in class lessons/discussions. [/noguests]
Yes...
when you'll be at exam, first you must relax, because maybe you know test well but nervous will fail it, if you'll be very anxious.
when you with 100% know some answers, first you must mark them and then another answers which you don't know very good(because you'll have such time to think about them).
this is my advice
My advice would be that on the day before the exam relax and have fun. And if you really have to study then get a good night sleep like 8 or 9 hours before the exam and wakeup early and study and eat bananas it really helps.
While Studying....
Try to listen to calm music
Try to start revising about a month before the exam
Concentrate on what you're studying, do not think of other things
During Exam
Read the questions before you answer. You won't make careless mistakes
Be confident, don't think that you won't get good grades
Hope this helps!!
Thank you!
