Maybe it wasnt a kid-friendly change this time, and they only did it because the RAI one actually does look like whoever is reading it is reading nonsense, like how there are just random letters that make no sense. As for "Horizon", maybe they didn't want to risk it being a real newspaper somewhere, thus pointing out exactly where they got it from/that person lives.

Hmm, somehow I can't see that being the case! Especially for it being a real newspaper somewhere, as it would have no baring on 4Kids, just on Rainbow, now as Rainbow did put it in, they obviously weren't bothered by such a thing!

Maybe they didn't want kids to think that they could read jumbled up letters! D:
That is ridiculous though, I certainly wouldn't have wasted my time on that. I'll admit though, it makes it look slightly neater, but then again that doesn't really matter because there's a lot of blank space in the edit.

4Kids basically sucks. It's totally a down-the-drain TV channel. I wish them for the better because they are the only hope of reviving certain shows in America, basically. Good luck to them, indeed.
