I keep finding my comics up all over the Winx Club websites. Specially the ones that aren't in English and I am getting tired of it.
For now I have taken down all the comics (All 1600 pictures) until I figure something out. I will most likely watermark the bottom or something. I hate the thought of watermarking them. But I have ran out of options.
I know the pictures aren't mine and what I am doing is illegal but damnit I want credit of some sort and the thieves don't give me any.
I also need a new logo for the Winx Club site.
sorry to hear that, its terrible when people steal things, all it takes is a couple of seconds to give credit
Aww..that's a shame. It was really nice of you not to watermark, but nowdays lot's of sites that dont speak english have been copying and claiming them. They should no better! I guess they do have an excuse for not speaking english, but when i go to italian winx sites i dont copy anything off them!!! If you upload them on photobucket you could click on the image status button and see what sites are direct linking and if there copying...
That sucks. I agree, I don't like watermarking, but it's not right for people to steal for you without any sort of credit, so maybe you should start watermarking them.

Aw, so sorry to hear that! I know exactly how you feel. I absolutely hate watermarking my art, but am forced to do so recently. *Sigh* Then there are those people who still steal watermarked stuff...

It's sad that you gotta take them down, but I understand why. Arg, people like that ruin everything.
Maybe if you put them back up on the LJ, you could make it Friends Only and screen who you add as a friend? That might help some...

Agh, no! You should fill out complaints to those sites to at least credit you...But I do agree watermarking 1600 pictures isn't dandy. Can't you protect from no right clicking at least? You can do that on piczo easily xD
Aw, I miss reading your Winx Comics, Tiny Dragon. =( I hadn't seen the latest ones since I hadn't visit it yet. =( It's really nice you upload them since my country doesn't have any..just one. =(
I understand how you feel, but it's internet. =( It's really hard to stop those stealers cause it kept spreading to another site to another around the world wide web.
Mostly stealers doesn't understand English. So you might need to use all languages to make them understand. =( Perhaps Google Translation? But sometimes google doesn't work. -_-
