I used to have nightmares about skeletons, they gave me scary dreams, so I avoided watching anything scary after like6 pm. Before sleeping think of happy thoughts, maybe that would help.

My little sister used to/still does suffer from bad nightmares. What she'd do is watch all happy things before she went to bed or fall asleep watching something comforting/happy. ^.^

On the other hand, I'm always having really, really vivid dreams which can either be really amazing or really terrifying. I feel like when the dreams strike something in me and I can't stop thinking about them, I need to tell someone about it. Especially when they're about death or other bad things, I feel almost responsible...
