QUOTE (Anna Maria @ May 17 2009, 01:55 PM) Yeah, great huh? Well, I guess I prefered Winx than reading. But, what mostly makes me upset, is that in four days I'm having my history exams and whoah, I know absolutely nothing. I didn't open the book the whole year. *smiles innocently* So I gotta learn everything in three days... Any way to do it? I already passed the lessons, but if I don't do well with my exams, my grades will go lower. Any tips on how to read? Aww...that really does suck, hon.... And I'd clicked on this, prepared to help you somehow, too...until you said the "H" word....History. Nooo, thank you, ma'am. LoL I'd always done all right/well by the time of exams and such, but I was like you, and never really bothered to pay attention (unless/until the topic became interesting...which wasn't very often lol), and hated reading the books. ~_~' Anyway, my lil' nostalgic memories don't help you much right now, no, but maybe someone else on here is more equipped to do so. You DO still have three days, apparently. So long as you know the specific focuses within each topic you'd learned (or didn't, apparently hehe ^_^') and will be tested on, you can quickly skim each chapter, or go online to find more info about them each, and make a study sheet out of that while highlighting the most important things. That's what I usually do whenever studying for finals and stuff. Question, though: Didn't your teacher give you some sort of outline of what's to be on the exam?? yeah, sure, "everything," but they're usually pretty specific about that, so all of you know for sure, and either hand out some sort of actual outline, or have you write it down in your notebook as they go over it....

QUOTE (Anna Maria @ May 17 2009, 02:30 PM) I wish teachers were more specific. But no. Thanks for the help though. I'll try to study somehow... Aww. Well, I'm still sure you'll be able to make it through, somehow, indeed, sweetie. Just try your best ^_^

I agree with what the others have said above, and I also have one more suggestion:
Pick two or three chapters/topics/units that you know relatively well, and try to focus on those topics as much as possible. Then, skim the rest. That way, when you take the test, you know you'll definitely be able to do well on whatever questions relate to the topics that you studied hardest for, and you can just try the rest of the questions based on what you skimmed. I wish I had a better idea, but I think this is the best and quickest solution, considering your lack of time.
Good luck! ^_^
