18. Favorite Old-Timer (new) {Any nominees for this award must have joined within a year of the forum being made (and been active since then, obviously).}

The rules are pretty much the same as last time: One member per category, and no one may nominate/vote for themselves in any category, including their own RP characters, topics they created, their own fan-fiction, etc.
