Colombia, Venezuela, and Mexico on October 6 at 8:30AM
Argentina on October 8th at 11:00AM.

(Ignore the 6:30AM. It was a mistake)

I don't know the rest about the other countries of South America. No News yet.

I don't think it will be too long as a lot seem to be getting season 5 within a month of each other

Update:
Winx Club starts in Latin America with a brand new episode every Saturdays on Nickelodeon.
Argentina will be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

SCHEDULE TIME for SATURDAYS

BRAZIL - 9:00AM
MEXICO/COLUMBIA - 8:30AM
VENEZUELA - 9:00AM
