Help! Options

When I immported a new clip in Windows Movie Maker it didn' t showed some video from clips only sound..But in windows media player it showed me all of that clips ( clip and sound).And when I put that clip into those movie maker frames then they are green.This a picture :

Try this:
Open Windows Movie Maker. Select Options from the Tools menu, then flip to the Compatibility tab. From there, remove the check marks from every box. Restart Windows Movie Maker (for good measure). Now, are those videos happy campers?

That is weird ... because I don't even had that tab.From options I have General and Advanced options:
