Weapons if any: A laser like whip
Personality: She is rather immature, sweet, kind, caring, can be sarcastic, cold-hearted, distructive, a pain in the butt, talkative, and a complete loud mouth. She is very outspoken

Winx Outfit:She wears a dark green one shoulder top on her right shoulder that fits her in all the right places, a dark geen mini skirt with silts up to her mid-thighs, a pair of dark green ankle cut laced up boots. She has a dark green ribbon choker with a flower charm on it. Her wings are like Layla's and there light green.
Pixie: Ayame~Pixie of Flowers
Weapons if any: She has a long sword with an emerald encrusted in the hilt.
Personality: She is very shy around people she just met, sweet to most everyone, curious about things around her, smart in school/battle, clever in tough situations, and sometimes naive
Other: She is most like her dad, but is sometimes like her mom.

[Ranma]

This sounds fun, if you'll allow me.

Name: Ranma
Realm: earth/Araklyon(spelling)
Powers( Same as Mothers): dragonfire/ (also chi because of his martial arts, but everyone can train in that.)
Looks~
Eyes: blue
Hair: Long silver, braided hair.
Skin: white, not pale, but he doesn't have a tan.
Scars Tottoos W/e: A long scar down his back, but since he usually wears a shirt you can't see it.
Make up: None
Acesseries: An ancient bracelet around his left wrist (Okay, I know I'm probably copying fruitsbasket, I think I'll try something out to add some anime drama to my character, lol)
Winx Outfit: None, however, Ranma does wear a favorite 'battle outfit' other than the red fountain uniform. Ranma wears a tight fitting battle uniform (that I will draw later)
Weapons if any: Ranma prefers to fight with a katana, but is efficient with every weapon taught in Shaolin Kung-fu as well. Ranma prefers chinese martial arts, but is trained in the japanese katana.
Personality: Ranma is a nice guy, he takes after his father more than his mother. He has a lot of patience and he likes seeing things from others point of view, but he also has a strong unshakable conviction that keeps him strong. He likes practicing martial arts and he cherishes friendship.
Other: Don't take off Ranma's bracelet... Ranma was born with the dragonfire power, but because he doesn't use winx it had to find another way to release itself. It isn't really 'dangerous' like one might assume, but it isn't something Ranma likes.

((Edit: Just now noticed that it is only one per parent... I'll let you decide. I think it would be cool for someone to have a brother in this. Not every family only has one child (and it would tone down bloom's children's power because the dragon fire would be split in half in theory...however, if you really don't want two for that family I'll choose another one.))

Acesseries: five earings (three right ear two left ear and a piercing (Belly)
Winx Outfit: Turquise, strapless dress but it looks like a two piece dress holded in two by a big metal hoop in the left. The hoop has diamonds on it and her hair is not tied she has a clips made of diamonds and aquamarines her gloves are short and the edge of them are cut her shoes are high heel and are long boots and has straps(not portieing for accesories)and the boots have diamonds and aquamarines on them. Her wings are like musa's enchantix wings but smaller and white
Pixie: Aqua pixie of beauty and youth
Weapons if any: Staff of Tides has a huge Aquamarine in the middle and covered with diamonds
Personality: Hyper, loves to dance like her mother and her fav sport is snowboarding but she usually surfs in Tides. She is daring, cute beautiful, friendly and kind but she's very competitive
Other: She's the best surfer in Tides and she won the universal snowboarding cup 5 times in a row and also won a few cheer regianols (she's the captain)
