Maybe study up on your "Rules of the Road". ^_^ It might help a bit. That and practice.
I was awfully nervous about my test as well (honestly, I should have failed, but the people there were awfully nice and probably noticed how much I was trembling. My hands wouldn't stop shaking.)
My advice would be the more practice you get, though, the more comfortable you feel. When you're very nervous, it is hard to think correctly, so maybe practicing a lot will give you the confidence boost you need.
That, and practice what you felt you needed more help with on the test, so when you go back, you are able to do them perfectly. ^_^ Also, get familiar with the area in which you're taking the test: know the roads and where they may have you yield, park, etc.
During the test, I'd suggest to focus on the road and ignore your nerves (though, I understand that is easier said than done sometimes.)
I'm sure you'll do fine, though. ^_^
