3) There are more countries that also find women to be more beautiful if they're larger. It's a beauty myth in a different culture. Just as some countries like big hips, some like big breasts or small breasts on women. Usually bigger is better on a woman as it means she's ready to bare children.

I honestly don't care about the fetish part, people are into what they're into, and I'm not saying that big people are gross and ugly. It's the part where she's purposefully making herself that unhealthy when there are people that depend on her, like her children, that I find irresponsible. Just because her husband/boyfriend can take care of them if she dies doesn't mean that it's okay for her to eat herself to death.
