So, I have this site called http://cloudtowerarchives.freehostia.com/, and I've been trying to come up with a new layout for it for months, but I haven't come up with anything that I liked. So, I'm holding a contest for someone to create the new site layout for me. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place layouts will be used eventually.
Rules:
1. No huge watermarks. I hate watermarks. They can make a gorgeous layout, graphic, or picture look horrible. Put a text link up instead. If you feel you must put a watermark, then make it small and out of the way.
2. Winx Club characters only. What characters you put on the layout is up to you.
3. Please put the site name, Cloudtower Archives in the layout somewhere.
Prize:
1st Place- Your layout is used on my site first, a picture of any character(s) in any of the following mediums - colored pencil, pencil, ink, doll, or computer coloring, a graphic to put on your site that says you won.
2nd Place- Your layout is used on my site second, a picture of any character in any of the following mediums - pencil, ink or doll, a graphic that says you came in second.
3rd Place- Your layout is used on my site third, a picture of any character in any of the following mediums - pencil sketch or doll, a graphic that says you came in third.
Participation- A graphic that says that you participated in the contest.
Deadline: July 30th.

oh okay i just got conufused with this part but im all good now .. i think
is there a certain size limit & does it have to be coded? ^_^
There's no particular size limit, but it should look good on a smaller computer screen and a bigger computer screen.
It doesn't have to be coded, but you need to give me all the pieces of the layout, e.g. if there's a background image that goes with it.
Also, I'm extending the deadline of the contest to July 30th. I'll be out of town on the original date.
