Arri smiled at Nanties, "you ready to practice?" he asked she looked confident enough to handle herself. He took a gentle swing from to left to bottom right.

airi noticed the couch did not see her come in late. everyone was practicing with swords. with her luck she would cut someone with it. "coach. i cant use one of these if i do I'll cut someone. and not just a little. with my luck anyway."

[P-girl]

"Aw, come on. They're blunt wooden swords." Xieress said, using his own sword to hit bump his head a few times. "Seriously. I'm not even padded and that didn't hurt."

"oh...." airi walked away. she hit something a few times then sat down. she had nobody to practice with.

"Of course." Nantes quickly let her stick drop to the right of her body, only narrowly blocking Arri's strike. Her confidence was slightly elevated knowing no major harm could come of this game and swiftly lifted her stick to strike heavily to the left of Arri's frame.

Martin still having some distance managed to dodge by getting his body at a right angle to Xieress. As he was about to attack he noticed Xieress getting to Arri about the safety of the sticks. So he paused until Xieress looked like he was ready.

"Alright, where were we?" Xieress said, turning back to his partner.

"I was about to attack you" Martin replied. As soon as Xieress had finished he went for a lunge going straight for Xieress's chest. He hoped that this would hit as he had left himself a bit vulnerable to the counter.

[P-girl]

Xieress managed to dodge. However, not completely as the sword hit his arm.
"Ow!" He said, before angrily going for a strike at Martin's head.

Martin unable to dodge due to being so close got into the head. Though unlike Xieress his protection made sure it didn't hurt. After being hit he checked his head gear was still in place properly. "Are you sure you don't want to put your armour on?" he asked

[P-girl]

"No thanks. I hate to be weighed down." Xieress said, hopping in place a few times.

"ok, then" Martin said, he was surprised Xieress had said that. With that he went for another jab to the chest. This time he held back a bit partly so he could defend better and partly so not to hurt Xieress too much if he hit him.

"Oh, come on." Xieress said, stepping back. "Don't be afraid to hurt me. I can take it."

airi threw her sword against the gym wall. hoping to make a hole in it. that would give it at least some color. because this gym had no color, only white.
