Ah... Shouldn't we, like, wake this thread up again? Since Eurovision is just this Tuesday~?

Ahaha I bought the CD. It was expensive but I bought it. My favorites must be Finland's entry and Norway's. But then I like Turkey's and Armenia also ^^ {+Andorra and Albania, but I was gonna stop right there.}

So anyway. I'mn rather dissappointed with Ukraine this year though ;-;

{Hey, anyone else wanna make Germans throw in Cascada? She's German afterall.}

Finland's and Norway's are awesome. But my favorite is Norway's now, I think. 0_o it's not on my iPod yet.

Yes yes, Ukraine's disappoints me greatly. It's...Aaah, not as good? {Should have won in 2008, Shady Lady was amazing.}

As for Poland's...Eh, no! They disappointed me too, the past few years.

Also, have you ever read the descriptions of the songs/rehersals on Eurovision.tv? They're pretty funny, 'cause you can tell they're really forcing themselves to come up with nice things to say about some of the songs.

{PS @Ditty: Send in a vote for me for Norway, would ya~?}

Yeah none of them has gotten on the main iTunes yet, just on the iTunes here on the laptop o.O

Shady Lady was win! But things are getting pretty political and people vote for their neighbours and/or closest relations. As in, if Icelanders can't decide; vote for Denmark!

xD Ahaha Poland's 2007 was pretty awesome though. "It's time to party!"

Naah, haven't read too much of that. But it was pretty funny about that one interview with Yohanna around the second rehersal, she kept struggling saying "Moscow's awesome. It's really beautiful and the square is really pretty and... Yeah, Moscow it really awesome." Or something around that. xD

Also, how's her dress appealing to you? It's kinda... frilly.

{I'm on it! ... I might have to do that on the 16th, it's not in the same semi-finals. But do you want a vote on Finland, then I can vote for it twice! =D}

The results are:

1. Norway
2. Iceland
3. Azerbaijan
4. Turkey

7. Greece

Gongratulations to NORWAY. (A well done act and clear win. FAIR AND SQUARE) Totally Unique. Iceland was also cool, quite charming.

Greece, although a nice act, and sorry to say this, it was too same as the other times. They just don't send anything exeptional, like something different. Always shaking, dancing and pop. Just because is what we always do back home doesn't mean that the rest of Europe does too. Sakis is great, but today in Eurovision, the ones that are unique in both act and song are voted best, like he tried in 2004. And Ria (Bloom girl), I know, now they'll simply brag on the media that the other nations were jealous, that they dodn't like us, etc. I can just say this for them. So much they KNOW, so much they SAY.

Norway was simply the best, it broke the amount of points record and the amount of "twelve points" record. It was awesome and I even cheered when it got points although Iceland was behind them.

Yes, Iceland was second. We have never won but for now we have the second place twice, as Selma got there in 1999 ^^. Yohanna was great, very charming and beautiful on stage. And though it was well-known from the very first scores, Norway would win, then I was dying of excitement while the points were being given as Turkey and Azerbaijan got dangerously close to steal the second place sometimes xD and sometimes either of them tied it or got above us, but it never lasted for long before we got it back.

I was seriously frightened at Azerbaijan at timepoints.

I absolutely loved Norway. The song was great, there was a violin, and most important, there was the singer. -screams-

Well, there was a homo-seksual-rights protest during the finals. Y'know, because Russia isn't really known for their tolerance on that behalf.
