Where was this death reviving thing when Musa was making her sacrifice for the water stars? Why didn't the same blue imp type thing give that to her as her reward when Stella and Tecna were getting what they sacrificed back?

Because her mother had been dead for years, if not decades? And it was a test to see if she was learning to cope with it? What's with people and wanting to revive the dead that much? Sometimes it just won't happen. /bitter due to Real Life events.
