New Nickelodeon's Actress Voicing for Bloom, Another New Actress is Revealed. Options

This have been confirmed. In Nickelodeon, the voice of Bloom of Winx Club will be voiced by Molly C. Quinn. She said this in Facebook:
"I have been given permission to share the voice over project I have been doing over the last few weeks. I am the voice of "Bloom" in Nickelodeon's Winx Club that will start airing this summer. I just realized she totally love Winx Club...wow. That's surprising. xD (So rare to hear any actresses said their favorite cartoon show.)

I don't know much about her since I never seen her. She is a 17 year old girl (will turn 18 on October) who was seen during Castle (Drama, Crime Show), ABC's Show. (I hadn't watched it...but my mom watches it all the time. ^^")
Wait....I just remember her somewhere, I seen her in Disney's Movie: Avalon High who played as Jen. She's a good actress..but I wonder how will she sound like when she play as Bloom.

Looks like Nickelodeon is aiming for young actresses like 16 and up, referring the Winx Girls' ages.
Did you see their looks? Molly Quinn have light blue eyes and orange/red headed as Bloom. =)
Keke Palmer is African American and of course same skin color as Layla. =) (Keke is also 17 years old too, will turn 18 on August)

Thanks for the info. I have never heard her, so I will wait and see but I hope thats just a coincidence the looks as if they are thinking live action at some point. It doesn't really work that well normally

I'm glad that the voice actors will be near the girls age (Some voices in previous dubs sound too old...)

As per usual, I'm the downer who isn't impressed with what they're turning Winx Club into. Why must we use fairly known actresses, opposed to actual voice over artists? /endrant

@winxclubrox23 To help promote the product? To make it more popular so it has a better chance of it staying on the air? And why can't these actress be voice actors as well? The ones we know about are just starting their careers and they might just have successful careers in both fields.

here's an interview with Molly about her show Castle, but it's a good chance to here the voice we'll be getting for Bloom. It will be interesting, I'm having difficulty seeing her as a cartoon character but I think it could work. She may just bring a touch of realism to Winx.

I know it's a bit soon, but I can't help but think that Nickelodeon will be making a live action version of Winx with the voice actresses some day. that seems to be a popular trend lately. the live action version of The Fairly Odd-Parents comes out later this year, and of course we're getting live action versions of Yogi-Bear and the Smurfs and all sorts of other cartoon shows. Maybe the third Winx Club movie will be a live action one taking place somewhere in season 5.

I still don't see that work. And I don't think it will become that way. Mostly because, while distributing it, Nickelodeon doesn't OWN Winx.

Also, Yogi Bear and Smurfs aren't owned by Nickelodeon either, and they're more about the whole 'Classics Revival' thing then anything else. Still waiting on M.A.S.K., myself.....C'mon, it has trucks shooting lasers and choppers turning into jets. How do you not want to see that with modern day effects? /carried away.

I don't know how I feel about her voicing bloom. Her voice is kinda low, but that may just be because I am comparing it to bloom's 4kids voice. But I will wait to till later when I actually hear how she will portray bloom, before I make more judgement.

Now I am really curious on who will the voicing the other Winx member and the guys as well.

@TinyDragon: I personally don't feel as though they have enough material for season 5. They're prolonging the series it seems like, and in my opinion it's starting to feel forced. Bloom found her birth parents. That was the point. Now they're making stuff up as they go.

And the other girls' past can just.... be ignored, right? I mean, it's not like we at least have Tecna's past to explore. Or Flora's. Because that'd just be silly.
And the fact that Earth is now once more part of the Magical Dimension? Because, y'know, that doesn't bring in interesting stories.
And the fact the girls are now grown up and aren't students anymore? That's not fodder for stories or anything.

Just because ONE girl's story about her PAST is over, doesn't mean there's not more ammo for stories.

I agree and plus if you are familiar with Sailor Moon the story actually ended in the FIRST season but its popularity made it produce 4 more seasons 3 movies musicals and a live action series. Same with winx club 4 seasons 2 movies and an ice skating show.

I was looking through YouTube, and I found their voices. It's not the actual voices to the series, just clips from I think some kind of interview. Just focus how it sounds like, not the words. xD (Base on Fan Made)

I can't tell about the voices yet, but I think it's okay...but I think Nick will probably edit their voices to the right personality of the characters. You know they can change the frequency of their voices.

Keke Palmer isn't terrible, but I'm really not into Molly as Bloom. I suppose we'll just have to see how it pans out though.
