if anyone would like to know, sims2 is a video game where you can make people (there not real people) and then they have got aspirations, wants, fears and much more! But bassicly they go from toddler to elder and threw there life you have to try and achive certain things.There is lots and lots of more thing on sims2 and if you wants to have a look at the website heres what it is:

I loooovvvee Sims 2 and Sims 3 . I actually got told off on Sims 2 (by the game lol) for having too many Sims die on one household block

I played sims 2 unhealthily much before... and then I got sims 3 and had to make space for it on the computer~

One of the downsides of Sims 3 is that the boolprop cheat doesn't work. Or maxmotives. No, I can't take care of my sims properly -w-

Cheats and Codes !

The Sims 1 PC Cheats and Codes. To enter cheats: Open command prompt by simultaneously pressing CTRL+SHIFT+C. Enter the code into the command prompt and hit enter/return.
Kaching - Adds 1,000 simoleons
Motherlode - Adds 50,000 simoleons
expand - Expands or contracts the cheat window
moveObjects on - Turns moving of objects on
moveObjects off - Turns moving of objects off
aging -on - Turns aging of sims on
aging -off - Turns aging of sims off
autoPatch -on - Turns game autoupdate on
autoPatch -off - Turns game autoupdate on
slowMotion [value] - Make you set the game speed (# = 0 to 8, 0 is normal)deleteAllCharacters - Remove all Sims
TerrainType [desert/temperate] - Toggles between terrain types
help - Lists all the cheats in the game
help [cheatname] - Displays specific information about the cheat
exit - Closes the cheat window

Ditttttyy-There is a boolprop cheat on Sims 3, but it's called something slightly different, and just doesn't give you much stuff to do.

I have both versions of the Sims on my computer, but not on my laptop. I'm gonna have Sims2 on my laptop, since the downloaded copy of 3 doesn't work on Macs, I don't think.

Here's how you do it in Sims 3:

You still have to bring up the cheat window (control, shift, c)
then type "TestingCheatsEnabled on" (obviously without the speech thingies lol)
then exit or whatever out of the cheat window, and get back onto the game window (if you get what I mean lol)
then all you do is hold down shift and left click on the mailbox at your sim's home (it works when your sims travel on Word Adventure's too, as your base is your home away from home)
this will bring up a action bubble (I think it's what you call it) and it list a number of cheats that you can choose. To max out your motives you pick "make everyone happy", I also use the "make needs static" which freezes the needs bar (but you might want to keep them the way they are if you like)

The other cheats you can do with this are:
Set your career (and level, although if you're main aspiration is to get to level 10 on a career then I wouldn't use this to go straight to level 10, you don't clear the aspiration)
Make a NPC come to your home
Make you know everyone
Make friends for you (I think the relationship level is 25 or something as I don't so this cheat very often at all)


If you go to the town map and hold down the shift key and left click on your sim's work place you can force an event or force a promotion (i think)

I checked the cheats out myself and most of them does work, I also use it to delete the mummy's in World Adventure lo

lAlso if you want to hear funny then try being told of by a game lol, too many sim's "accidentally" cough cough dying on one home, in my defense all I was doing was seeing how they actually died from different things (couldn't do the fly swarm though)

How to get all lifetime awards

1. load a game
2. turn testingcheatsenabled true on
3. save game, go to main menu
4. turn on testingcheats on the main menu
5. load game, turn it on
6. ctrl-click on the lifetime awards number, you get 500 each click


Sims 3 would be an awesome game, if it only took less then ten mins to load. I hate traveling for that reason. 10 min load times = bad

Though I suppose it might be my computer. how does the game load for everyone else?

Mine is slower than the Sims 2, but not as slow as yours. It's prettty slow though, but that may be because I've got all the Sims 2 (as well as Sims 1 and The Movies and Spore) games taking us space.

Well sims2 takes about 5 mins and sims3 takes a million years

From what I hear, sims 2 manages memory horribly. So the more adons you have, the longer it takes to load.

If you drag the hunger slider all the way down, they will die of hunger instant. If you do it to the rest of them, they won't die, they will just feel bad.
for bladder, they wet themselves
For energy, they keep passing out
For the rest, they just feel bad
