Same here. Stealing on the internet is almost as bad at stealing in real life but I don't think there is a jail though. Some really bad internet robberies can have a huge affect in real life.

I know about it, and I was very very angry. Luckily, people on piczo saw past the copycat and posted on their comment board (things like, don't copy and such)

that site is on my wall of shame...

sadly, I think thats all I can do about it. Maybe the comments that were posted on their site will get the best of them and they'll take down all copied material (including my site's name...)

me too! if there were no copycats, I'd be soo much more comfortable with making graphics. Because of copycats, I have to put my site name on every graphic I make, like so:



I have to put a slide on all of my animations with my site name. (quite annoying)

and to think, some people on piczo thought I had made that piczo site! no way! Thats why I'm soo glad some people pointed out that they copied, the last thing I want is a poser.

I hate posers. I would never try a site on pizco, i did make an account but never use it. I hate the adds on the top of the site. I just don't really like pizco. That was very mean to take your site name AND layout, i don't get why someone would even do that??

Yea, that is one way. There are dozens of ways. People steal coding and graphics by checking the source code. The best thing is to disable right clicking but there a lot of other ways people see the source code. O_O When people don't steal in real life, they go steal online.

yeah but for some animations, I blended the site name for 2 or 3 frames so if they delete it, they look really funny and odd (wouldn't it if the last frame is gone? its like its incomplete)

I'd hope that nobody would go to that much trouble just to steal something. it would be easier for them to make their own anyway. O_o

Making it your own is way easier than going through those frames and deleting the ones with the credit. It is more work actually. Most stealer steal because it doesn't really take that much work.

Hmm...did Deonanna make the video herself? You can really download youtube videos and upload them up to youtube again I think but removing the credit is such a hassle. If Dee made the video herself, then that would be stealing.

It wouldn't be stealing then. The other person would have to erase all of the credit and add the winx club one in the beginning and that would be hard. I don't think the person stole. Maybe he/she got it somewhere else.

If the person stole, the only thing would be rightfully stolen would be the beginning but it is possible that she used the same and effects and words. The video after that wouldn't be stealing since that is not made by you.

I can see through the quailty and the effects of the video. So as the timeline, the editing was editied by me and I know it well. If that person is the one who edit it, the title couldn't be the same as mine, and so as the effects.

Yea, like I said it could be possible. Probably the person stole. I agree with you also. People steal mostly because other's people work are better than theirs and they steal or just because they are envious that other people can make things and they can't. I'm not sure if you can download youtube videos in AVI format or MP3.

Well, even though they think it is beautiful, they would keep taking pictures that you made if you don't try to stop them. It would be like you kind of working behind the scenes and getting no credit for the graphics while the other person gets all the glory. Also, the person stealing would be lying in a way.

Somebody found another copycat of my site. They actually were posing as me! Goodness, a bit over the top don't you think? I've had enough of posers, they're the worst of copycats in my opinion. I created a piczo name and said something for myself, I hope they get the hint and remove stolen content and admit who they are.

Same here Boo, after I quit the evil club (prefer not name it) everyone was rude to me. I just developed annoying and sarcastic powers to use against them. Like on the first day of school no one could spell this easy 1st grade word. The kid wrote it on the board, I said no, then another kid came up wrote it, I said no, etc, finally the teacher was fed up, so the wrongly spelt word stayed on the board.

I hate obvious spelling errors (shudders) Thats like some teens here, they can't read a word that quite frankly, they should know by now. It really disappoints me when they're reading out loud and they can't say a word like "accountant" or "oblivious".

I agree about your statement about school and internet differences winxgirl. I'm totally different online. I feel more opinionated, social, and open. At school I feel as if I'm locked in my own little world (as in, I'm shy, antisocial, and blocked from everyone).

same w/ me boo. I can pretty much talk to my friends here about anything but I can't open up to my friends at school and tell them about if I am having internet trouble and how I am so mad that my site is shut down for a moment or I found a copycat etc.

Stealing somebody's siggy or personal avatar is just...wrong. It has their name on it for goodness sake. I get really peeved when I look through piczo sites and frequently see my avatar used on a page or something... kind of makes me mad.

I do the same with mine too, but I make mine for friends and at the end of my gaphics, I put the person's site name on it so it's impossible to steal if it has some name on it. I also hate people that steal! Someone stole 2 videos I made (not music videos) I made on my Dailymotion profile. I was REALLY pissed, so, I decided to put my username on my videos (even with YouTube.)
