antonwinxclubbloom is the stealer, she steal my Winx Club videos, I was angry, I watermarked them and antonwinxclubbloom still upload them, and in the video description, she said that its from her, don't steal BUT there is watermark on the video! She got a terrible quality and THATS WAY too good for others. So far she steal 7 of my videos.

Report for copyright infringement. You watermarked it, that is enough reason.
I keep telling people to watermark and report when she steals watermarked but nobody listens..

There is other languages options in Youtube, like Japanese, Dutch and more, and maybe I think thats why she understand and uploaded it.

90% of the videos on youtube are in english
i find it halarious that that person can't understand english at all.

Just so you know, she uploaded a new video, which seems to be original. Still, I'll keep an eye on her for stealing anyone's clips

I would like to point out that one can't claim copyright infringement on something that they don't own. Since WinxBloomEncahtix does not now Winx Club, Rainbow could call copyright infringement on her for posting their show on youtube without permission. Please be careful when posting these videos. Some of these companies are extremely touchy when it comes to this subject. People have been sued in the past.

That is true, but we aren't reporting them for "copyright infringement". That is just the name of the forum. They all are reported under "video theft"
and winx AMVs are 100% legal, because they are a remix and protected under the thingy act that allows creativitivy things

By being an idiot and trying to apply for Youtube revenue sharing.
I applied for my first video, which qualified. It was "Season 4 Important"
Sadly, Youtube said they are looking for children's content to share with

If you already use Real Player media player, then it comes with a downloading tool to download video's from most sites (although it does depend on the site, you can't use it on the 4kid's or Winx Club websites). You can also use KeepVid (it's free from what I can remember) but it's only for youtube video's and the video has to be embedded, and the person who uploaded the video to youtube can set the video to not be downloadable. There is also DownloadHelper (which Wkw427 gave me a while ago.) which you can use. I think there are other software but unsure what ones at this stage, the best bet is too google it and see what comes up. Like Wkw427 it's pretty easy to download video's now days. Hope it helps

wkw427, I believe you are referring to the fair use act that allows use for criticism and reporting, as well as some other things.
