Ariana Grande from VICTORiOUS will be voicing one of the Winx Club Character in Winx Club. She mentioned this in her twitter:
Ariana Grande:

We don't know which Winx Club Character she will be voicing. I seen other fans saying she could be voicing for Tecna or Roxy because of her look and dyed her hair like purplish/pinkish. xD We just have to wait and see. ^_^
For me, when I saw the Trailer, I heard her voice sounds similar to Musa's? Not sure. xD

But I totally adore the New Animation and Trailer for Season 1! xD Though miss the old look, but new is so magical!

I am SO EXCITED! the new animation looks amazing, and the trailer is so well put together. I love how they're using the believix wings as a theme, and I love that they're using Tecna's more than anyone elses.

I'm not surprised at all that another nick star is one of the voices. I can definitely see her being Roxy, if she's just going to do voice work now. obviously everyone else was already cast (I think we heard snippets of everyone but Flora and Aisha in the trailer, and we already know Aisha). she really does look like Roxy too, which they seem to be doing a lot of this go around.

I wouldn't be surprised if they do a live action movie of the Winx with the voices playing the girls, since they seem to be getting screen actresses with a semblance to their characters for the voices. Nickelodeon is definitely leaning towards live action things, with their shows like iCarly and Victorious, and a live action version of "The Fairly Odd Parents" coming out later this summer.

I wouldn't blame Nick on that one. Yes, it was horrid but Nick really didn't have much of a hand in it aside from funding it

Did I say I blamed anyone? I just wanted to point out that it's not easy to put 26 half hour episodes into one movie. Let alone an hour-long special. Granted, Winx mythos is far less complicated.... but still.

well, you also have to remember we're getting four one hour specials, not just two. this one hour special will probably just be half of season one, with the second half coming later

I was hoping some of the 4KIDS actors would migrate along with the property, considering that they're veteran actors and thus in demand, plus they're not eternally bound to the sinking ship that is 4KIDS Entertainment XD But hopefully Ariana's time on Victorious has given her what it takes to do voiceovers - she's certainly a spirited actress. I have high hopes for this incarnation of the franchise!

Thanks for the information, I'm excited for this. I haven't seen Winx in a while, and I'm starting to watch season 3 Rai version, so it's going to be fun to watch that and get to see a season on Nick.

So far I like the voices, since I haven't heard the 4kids voices in a long time, it doesn't bother me as much with the difference in voices. I am interested in hearing Ariana play Diaspro, since it is different from Cat on Victorious, not only will it be nice to see her take on Diaspro's voice, but also doing somebody different.
