Ebony curiously walked for a bit, wondering if she would run into the stranger, but she had no luck and sat down on the sidewalk curb in defeat. "What am I even doing?" she asked herself. Was she really this bored to go looking for strangers? "I don't know," she grumbled while her hand rested on her head. She regretted telling her mom about the dreams. Then they wouldn't even be there and she could hang out with her friends. With a sigh, she picked up a few stones from the road and skipped them along the sidewalk.
