I dont know the details, I remember reading that somewhere though. Maybe they have like an automatic scanning system that pics up keywords like swearing or something?

They are. Once I said something about youtube to somebody who wanted to watch the Winx Club Movie, and they edited it out saying 'No mention of external sites please'

That's a common characteristic of modded boards, actually. Since it's intended for younger kids, they don't want to take the risk of somebody linking to something that parents would object to.

Yeah that's right...4kids.tv modds the forum. They can banned the users who spammed. Like it's in the terms of rules.
I can't login into 4kids.tv forum...because I created more than 5 accounts there. ^^" I forgot what's my user and pass...that's when it started when I first got interested in Winx. I don't go there anymore..cause I missed the winxclub.tv where I get to read the Winx's Blogs and chating with the Winx. xD
