Magix Club's Forum _ Theft _ Copy Of Magix Club?

Hi I was just surfing the net and found http://magixclub.zip.net/ site. It is clearly and unfinished site is a different language ( sorry don't know what the language is ). I noiticed the site also has similar content to Magix Club.
This isn't to make everyone against this site, I would simply like to let you guys know. Pehaps I am wrong about this but like I said I would just like to let you at Magix Club know.

It looks similar.... but then again, 'Magix club' isn't that difficult a name to come up with.

I know what you mean it does remind me a lot a magix club except with a few differences. If this is a copy it is disgraceful, but it could be a branch of maix club that is under development to attract more people

yep, it does remind me on this Magix Club but then again, it seems to be a fairly popular name to come up with.

Agree, it is a pretty easy name to come up with...
Not to mention, it doesn't look like anything was stolen.
{PS: The language is Portuguese--Brazilian Portuguese, by the looks of it [not to mention the word "brasil" on the main page...xD].}

I just looked at it, and it doesn't seem that anything is stolen. And Magix Club is an easy name to come up with.
Although I like this one better, cuz it's in English and I know how to use it.

I don't think it is necessarily a question of whether it is an easy name to come up with or not. There are sites which have long names and yet they're also copied due to someone's likings. And I think that Magix Club is a pretty good name.

must agree with everyone, Magix Club is quite a popular and easy name to come up with!
but i must say, it really is a pretty sitee 
by the way its in Portuguese, i'll translate:
Welcome to Magix Club!
Magix Club is a blog dedicated to the winx animated series, a (dont know this word) blog of the winx in Brazil with news, graphics, gallery of images, charecter profiles. to navigate through the site click the menu .. (blah blah about the navigation)
Note: up the right hand corner they have "the best of winx club"
and i think (still under construction) they're going to link Winx Princess, Winx Speis and Magix Dub
