Me and Anime Princess are going a joint Contest for video makeing
RULES:
1)all videos must be longer then 1:00
2)Please dont cut the song unless it is really long or the origional song your useing runs short of the time of your images then you may put part of a song as your ending song
3) only one submition per person
4.)You are alowed to use any anime, cartoon, manga, movie or show you wish it does not have to be specificly anime.
5.)your submission must be your own work you can use images or clips from any where but you must not enter someone elses vidio
**Submissions must be in by the 10th of August(deadline may be changed closer to the date)**
we need:
3 judges
and lots of contestents
Each month everyone will make a video and the judges pick one person to vote off and in the end when it is down to 2 people MC will vote the winner

i think every week is a bit short i think if stella agrees one month would proberbly be more apropriot

so what we should do is open the contest at the start of the month, take all the entrys at about three weeks into the month then the last week of the month will be where the judges put together their verdict of who should be put through to the next round or if we dont do rounds who should win, so if anyone dose not object we could start accepting entries on the 1st of august and the deadline will be aproimatly the 22nd of august any entries after this date unless it gets changed will not be accepted anyone who wishes to disagree please say so now and i shall leave the finnal decision up to you stella

Y'know.... I judge videos, but not my own. If there are more judges, that's possible. But if that doesn't feel right with you, I'd rather be just a contestant.

Quick question, what if my video has had a little help and has 2 different cartoons in it? If that kk I'll be a contestent. I agree with the idea about rounds though.

you can have a little bit of help but you have to maiinly be the one makeing the vidio and you can have however many different anime's, cartoons movies or shows in it as you want within a reasonable amount ofcourse

i can help just tell me what time i have to be active and i will managed that and how long will it take.. ^^
if you wish to be a judge sure and basicly in the week between august 22 and the 30th you just need to pm the other judges with your choices for who should move onto the next round
i did my best to answer all your questions if theres anything else you need to know just ask

Ya it's made by me and is almost done. I have winx and Mermaid Melody in it so I believe that's within the reasonable amount which means... I'M A CONTESTENT

I think I'll sign up as a contestant. I think I could make one every month. I've never been in a "round" contest before. I think it'd be a lot of fun. Question though, can we use AMVs that we've already made or do we have to make a new one for each round? Just out of curiousity here because I know some contests make you make them from scratch for their contest and others let you use ones you already have to enter...

Does Kingdom Hearts count as an anime? It's a video game, but there is a manga to it lol.

To explain what it is about , it's a kingdom hearts video clips used from KH1 & KH2.
Basically the game was about a boy named Sora, who was searching for his friends Kairi and Riku.
In the end, Kairi went back to her island and Sora had to go on another mission and look for Riku.
In the second game, it's pretty much the same. Kairi got sick of waiting on them to come back
so she went to go find them herself, and she found them and the trio was together again.
This is a kairixsora amv ;] So i used clips of the two together.

just to clerify the video dosent have to be anime i.e if your a transformers fan like p-girl you can do a video with clips from the transformersmovie

i'll do that on the 22nd which will be the 23rd here alowing for the time difference when entries close k then the judges will have a week to decide who will go through to the next round

ATTENTION ANYONE WISHING TO SUBMIT A VIDIEO AND HAVENT DONE SO YET THE DEADLINE IS IN SEVEN DAYS
also anyone who has posted a video could you please kindly post your link so i can post them all up on the 22nd/23rd so the judges can make their decisions (to explain the two dates when i get online on the 23rd my time it will most likely be the 22nd your time)

Entrys are now closed the judges have one week to decide the top five videos the best way i see for this to be done is each judge sends their vote for the five they wish to move on to the next round to the other two then when they come to a unanimous decision have one of the judges post it up here and either myself or stellarocks will open the topic for the second round
