Photostory on CD & DVD 10, Problems with software Options

Hi,

I have tried contacting Magix via email, but it is a waste of time as they do not respond. I hope someone had a similar problem, and can advise how to deal with this.

After installing the software (via DVD) I could usually use the programme, but not now. Then next time I try to open the programme the Welcome screen is displayed with my Serial Number and my email as I have previously registered the product.

I then press start and the programme closes.

I have done this so many times, I am starting to pull my hair out (what I have left)

Any advice would be appreciated
