It finally has happened. -_-'
deehborah has been uploading the comics I put on the internet for everyone to read from http://winxcomics.livejournal.com/profile on varies forum sites.

With no credit to me at all. 
It even seems that she would be taking credit for uploading them.
I feel like I should just take them all down now.

But I think they're saying that they haven't done anything wrong by taking the comics, and they claim to have given some credit, and they think you're exaggerating, TD... How pathetic of them...

She has credited me (very littlely by the way) over at http://winxclubdreams.forumcommunity.net/.
But nothing at her own site: http://lamagiadiventarealta.forumcommunity.net/. She even deleted the first message I put up asking her to take them down because I was mad she didn't ask.
Band with me and hopefully she will at least credit me in some way?
Also please keep a look out for the Winx Comics in English popping up now. I think I am the only one that has uploaded them so they would be coming from my site.
I should have stamped them. -_-'

OMG seriously? I'm sorry. The only way you can prevent theft from graphics is to watermark them.. if that means that they look like rubbage, go ahade. But that is low..
You bought all the comics, right? How much did you spend?

Remove them ALL now. By the looks of it she doesn' have all of them. Take them down before she gets them and watermaek them all.
You should watermark them all like this

Eek! How inconsiderate...
It bothers me when people take advantage of a good thing. You were kind enough to provide the comics for winx fans who may not be fortunate enough to have access to them, and yet, someone decides to take the credit for themselves and ruin a good thing...
I would suggest adding a watermark to your scans. You did pay for them, so for anyone online to take them and distribute them (as well as claim them) is simply wrong. By adding a watermark, you can clarify to everyone that you spent your time and money to provide them.
I don't know how I feel about taking all of them down though: I'm sure there are many fans, who haven't done anything wrong involving the comics, that would be upset if they "disappeared".
I feel as if I have to add something though...
I've seen so many cases where someone copied a graphic, or a whole site for that matter, and were so brutally attacked for it... as if they didn't have any feelings. Yes, it was wrong, but just because they made a mistake doesn't mean that everyone needs to treat the person as if they are evil. We all make mistakes, it's human nature. What they need to know is that it was a mistake made on their part and that it needs to be corrected; there is no need to call them names and make them feel horrible about themselves.
Now, hopefully, nothing like that will happen here. I'm just throwing that out there so it doesn't. No matter how angry you are, no one deserves to feel as if they are a simply awful person.

[noguests]I agree with you Boo, but I dont think it was a mistake in this case considering she banned TD. Also, I think she like gave TD a little credit in one place or something which means she knows that the scans belong to her, but doesnt care much. Furthermore, I doubt anyone from here sent her anything hateful (I know I didnt atleast, I said please) so I dont think we need to worry about that.[/noguests]

I agree Boo. We shouldn't call names. Personally, I've been very polite about the whole thing, and always add "I know you'll do the right thing!" Hopefully we can simply guilt trip her into it, and not have to be rude about it.

I hope it works too, people should respect the work people do. Understand the hard work made into a graphic or comic which was shipped. People have cold, cold hearts.

Situations like this happen a lot... trust me on that.
I think people do it because they want recognition that they are currently lacking, so to get people's attention or to receive compliments, they feel as if they need to take another persons' work instead of their own to gain this. They may feel that they cannot do as well as the other person in an aspect (site building, graphic making), or, referring to scans, they don't have access to resources.
So, to make themselves feel as if they accomplished something by gaining the compliments of others, they snatch the work of another person, to put it simply.

Like to me liking Winx is like a really good quality xD so when I went on Deehborah's youtube channel and it was totally winx-ified it just felt weird that she could be so mean like that. But I know that in reality it doesnt make much of a difference sadly

Yeah! Even if you're angry, you're the only one who wasted your energy, and some of them still make their mistake even though we've told them not to do so.
This is a bit of same story in real life but not so same...
