The rules are pretty much the same as last time: One member per category, and no one may nominate/vote for themselves in any category, including their own RP characters, topics they created, their own fan-fiction, etc.

I think they have a difference, like the nicest person would be like the most kindhearted person and all, whereas friendly is in a more outgoing sense, if you know what I mean. By the way, thats why we waited a couple of days before starting nominations, to see if anyone had any modifications to make to the list.

Okay so if anyone was wondering, here are the rules/regs from last time which are still in effect. A modification is that the voting will be private this time around, so that it will be a surprise when the winners are announced at the ball. The voting will take place through pm, but right now we're still in the nomination stage so we'll worry about voting later :)

The way this works, is that everyone can nominate one person per category. Once a person has a minimum of two nominations for said category, they will be put on the voting list. The first four people to be placed on the voting list will be the options for that category. Once there are four people on the voting list for each category, nominations will be over and voting will begin. Each person will be allowed to vote once per category for someone on the voting list. Note: When nominating/voting, you do not have to nominate/vote for someone for all categories, you can nominate/vote for whichever categories you choose to. You can also nominate/vote for some categories at one time, and others later. Once a nomination/vote is submitted, it can only be changed before the list is updated. Any questions? If not, let the nominating begin!

Edit: I just thought of something, I think we should say that any category that does not get 3 or more nominees by the time voting begins should be scrapped since either it means that the category did not have enough diverse potential or was not a good idea to begin with as it did not gather enough interest resulting in few nominations. Does that make sense?
