guys i need help i like this boy in my school and he know but he wont respond of what he feels for me and there's this other boy who stares at me while he's taking the trash out

Mabye try harder talking to him and try get to him.If he doesnt respond he either doesnt like you or he is just to shy.It could also mean his feelings are undescribable.Ask him trick questions which lead to the aswer of what he feels for you.When the boy takes out the trash just smile at him or ingore the fact that he is staring at you and say "Hello".

Well, what I would do is just say "Hi" to him sweetly and maybe he'll respond back. The guy I like and myself to that a lot.

Yes, you should talk to him and say "Hello" or "How are you?" when he stares at you.Maybe with this way you will make him to be intersted in you.^_^
