First of all, the 5+ hours downtime is NOT an April Fool's Day joke, whether you think it is or not.

5 hours ago, users may see a "This Account Is Suspended" notice instead of the site. We have contacted our webhost regarding about this issue and they have contacted us that the suspension is due to heavy usage of the CPU. Because of this, the shoutbox will be disabled temporary for the time being until a solution is found.

i hear you, thats a shame sorry but i cant know if its a joke or not so im prepared for either case. though i think its not a joke sorry for my doubts.

ok thanks for telling us, i did wonder at first but it did seem an odd one. There has been problems with the shoutbox before wasn't there or am I just mistaken?
