so I registered on winxclub.com, but I cant login there, winx club sent me confirmation e-mail, but there wasn't confirmation link, it wirtes me that:

but when I want login in winx club it shows me that:

Per giocare devi prima attivare il tuo account.
Clicca sul link che ti è arrivato via email.

can anyone translate it?

It says that they have sent an e-mail to your parents to authorize your registration for the site. (I think this is procedure for people under 16 or something)
You've listed your parent's e-mail when you have registered, so just ask them to read it and click on the link there...
