I was browsing photobucket and I found MY fan art posted not by me but by some one else!!! No credit at all! Never asked to use it!! I'm so mad about this I'm shaking as I type this! She also stole other people's fanart too

She must have a youtube account because the picture was in a youtube video of my fanart which is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5MxVEoPeGc It's never been anywhere else either!

That's not cool. Big tsk. Maybe you can try contacting her (him?) and ask that if they use your pictures they must give credit. And I know everyone hates it, but watermarks or at least a name (like in your sig) might not be such a bad idea sometimes *sigh*.

I left a comment on the picture on photobucket asking her to admit that she stole my art and credit me. Yeah. I might start to have to put watermarks on my fanart. That's a shame. They're so ugly.

Eh, I know how that is. After I started my site, stealing of graphics became a frequent occurrence. What's even worse is when they claim it's their work. :/
Unfortunately, I would suggest putting a watermark on your work (especially since it's fanart). Even if it's small, it would still be enough to make others aware of who actually made it and others can't claim it's theirs (unless they blur it, which happens sometimes...)
The good news though, it appears that they removed your fanart from their gallery (the link you posted suggests that the image may have been removed). ^_^

Awesome! That's great! If didn't give me credit, I was thinking of reporting it to the mods if they hadn't removed or give credit.

I feel sorry for you..
But, its the internet. Unless you put watermarks all over it so it looks ugly, expect it to be stolen. People are jerks like that

Yeah. PLUS there are two images from the layout at cristal-winx, watermarked by some other site {Means claiming it as their own} and then it's uploaded by the third person.
I'd call that a double theft.
Many graphics stolen from Jakly's site also. And other sites.

Now that you say that, their under construction sign looks like the one I made for my site (a premade one) but it was edited. So the edges are blurred so that credit going to the site is all gone. =.= I am not mad but more frustrated that people know they shouldn't do that (hopefully) and do it anyways. I would be more mad if they stole a premade layout since layouts are harder to make. Signs don't take that much time.

Hm. .. I think the background has been removed. I can´t see Musa.
