esas haditas si que saben llevarse todo el credito sailor moon si que tiene rivales muy fuertes y son italianas las wins son buenas pero sailor moon es la mejor de todos los tiempos

....

I don't really get what they're saying. Is it Spanish, I think......

This is what I can make out of it :-
Those little fairies do know how to take all the credit. Sailor Moon's girls have very strong rivals and they are italian. Winx girls are good but Sailor Moon's team is the best of all time.

I'm guessing they were bashing Winx Club because they think Sailor Moon is superior? Yeah, why even leave a review if there's no constructive, relevant criticism? If you don't like something at least back it up, and back it up well.
