The series has been purchased and will be aired on channel MTV3

Rainbow has announced that its latest production PopPixie was sold to the channel MTV3 Finland . PopPixie had the worldwide debut on France 3 with good results: to follow the series was launched in September on TVI (Portugal), Clan TVE (Spain). The series will then be launched onto Canal Panda (Portugal), Kanal D (Turkey), Rai (Italy), Alter (Greece), Junior and MTV3 (Finland), MBC (Middle East and Africa) and Noga (Israel).

If you are wondering what's after the Country, it's the Channel Station. =)

**I heard that United Kingdom will be getting PopPixie soon in their "Major Kids Network" (Don't know what Channel Station it is.)**

Spain Just ARRIVED PopPixie Today.

As of October 4, Monday to Friday at 17:45, arrives at Clan a new series featuring a very special fairy, 'Pixie Pop. " Pixie is a small fairy who, with her friends and pets, will entertain audiences with their amazing adventures.

But this month, will double ration of magic because the familiar "Winx" turn the channel to join forces with specialists from the school of heroes and defeat the apprentice witch school. From 4, Monday to Friday at 18:50.

thanks for the information and video. I can't see it coming to the UK soon, if it did it wouldn't surprise me if it was with Nickelodeon as then have winxs it seems logical for them to also get poppixie if they want it

To Marty: your welcome. I really don't know if it's Nickelodeon. Is Nickelodeon popular in your country? Not sure if they meant Nickelodeon as a big kids' network in UK. (If that happens..then USA will get it as well. For now...they are still working on Winx.)

New PopPixie Licenses in Southern Europe

Rainbow SpA has picked up a raft of new licenses throughout Southern Europe for its latest smash girls property PopPixie.

Giochi Preziosi has inked a deal for toys in its key territories of Italy, Spain and Greece, including arts and crafts, outdoor and electronic toys. In Italy, GA Ombrelli will bring Pixiefied umbrellas to market while Hachette have taken on the publishing rights in France. Finally, PopPixie will provide plenty of animated home entertainment in Spain thanks to a VOD, DVD and Blu-Ray deal with Big Picture and in Portugal with a DVD deal with Lusomundo.

Rainbow SpA’s latest production PopPixe (52 x 13) had its worldwide broadcast debut on France 3’s Mon Ludo, with amazing results. With its first broadcast on August 14th, PopPixie achieved an 18 per cent audience share amongst its core target of four to ten year olds. The following week it climbed to 25 per cent in the same demographic and by September 4th it reached 27 per cent.

The launch in France was concurrent with a pan-African launch on K-Net and followed by launches on TVI and Canal Panda (Portugal), Clan TVE (Spain), Kanal D (Turkey), RAI (Italy), Alter (Greece), Junior and MTV3 (Finland), MBC (Middle East and Africa), and Noga (Israel).

PopPixie (52 x 13 min) takes place in a fantastic dimension called Pixieville where gnomes and magical animals live happily together with endlessly entertaining Pixies. But the peace and tranquility are often upset by rabble-rousing Elves, naughty kids always on the lookout for a little trouble and harmless fun. Magic, adventure and humor abound with these unforgettable characters, first introduced in 2007 in the super-popular Winx Club series two. When they came on the scene Winx Club TV ratings in Italy went through the roof (as did CP related sales such as fashion dolls and kinder eggs). I saw PopPixie airing on a channel yesterday =D I was so shocked. I also spotted some merchandise in Toys R Us the other day, that was also a big suprise!

Haha, unfortunately I missed the whole show by a minute. But I checked the channel shedules and I figured out that it plays 2 episodes every Monday during 3:00pm to 3:30... I'm not missing it tomorrow! xD
