i don't know unfortynately... the only problem i can think of is this: if you shout in the shoutbox sometimes the shout doesn't appear for some reason, it's a bug or something. But if you are really banned from the shoutbox then i don't know why... did you try shouting again? the Admin can propably help.

It's a new restriction placed on new members, last I heard. Once a member has remained active in the forums for a set amount of posts, then other features like the Shoutbox will become active for them. I don't know the specifics to that extent, so you might have to contact an Admin for more.

EDIT: There seems to be a problem with the shoutbox's archives, so as soon as the Archive is working properly again, I'm sure I, or any of the other mods can un-ban you.
