okay so if you use Photoshop. i can help:

I'm guessing you use either transperancy or go 'soft light' or overlay or something like that.
To get rid of that line you need to 'blend' which is when you get two images (or more) and erase part of the top layer (using an eraser with soft edges)
--> rub out any of the image you dont want/need.
--> You'll get the bottom image showing through. This is what you want, But dont rub out too much or that line will still show through from the bottom layer.
