Can anyone tell me how you become an honor member and the difference between an honor and a normal member.

Hmmm, then how did Anny get her 'Honor Member' status, she's still an Enchantix Fairy. I think it's for members who really 'add' something to the community, 'cause that sounds just like them.

I have no idea. before we got this forum like this style I was a moderator but I guess I was kicked off because I am not anymore. I'm only charmix because I didn't post here every day for a while because I was busy with school.

Abby I got some reply from the admin yesterday! She said that moderator privillage did not transfer to the new board cuzing you to lose your moderator position. If you wants to be a moderator back, plz inform may/mari/boo first than ask Admin to do the transfer.

i think to become an honor member you have to be on magixclub for a length of time and acquire an amount of posts, im thinking you need at least 4000 posts... this isnt true just what i think

Well actually in my opinion nothing has to do with how long you've been on the forums. I've been here for an year and some honor member haven't. So if it were that way, I'd surely be a honor member. But sadly I'm not

I think it is based on how much you contribute to the boards like if you do post helpful information or are really friendly to members. Like if you have posted many pictures or music or videos for people to download for free for example. Just a guess though. I really don't know.

I think... in the middle of the night, when know one is watchhing, the honor members goast goes into the computer and picks a name and changes it to purple!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Nd thats for the suport guys! it make me feel like a honors member anyway!)

Well, being an honor member just to see how much you contribute. Like annie likes to joke and create laughter in MC, and METB gives alot of logical comments. That's how you deserve to be a honor member annie. ^-^

after doing some brief reading the ADMIN is the one who knows about making people honor members, being that they gave stellajuksta the title of honor member after she won the contest... i would like to speak to the admin, maybe they can provide us with an answer

Ya, I don't think it is posts. But Daphne (May) and Mari quitted. Daphne told me (on msn messenger) that she was busy with school work and everything since she is in a really great smart school. Mari isn't interested in Winx. Actually, I don't see her come on that much anymore. The subbing group she is in stopped subbing for a while..
That leaves Sanfea so you would have to ask her about it. I think they gave the title to people back when the forum was newer to the people who helped Magixclub out and all or were known in the forum (or something 
).

).I bet there's some truth in that. I bet at one time it was easier to become honorary members earlier on in the creation of this website? That, and it's possible that the admins just don't have time to frequent the site as much to determine who should become an Honorary member. Anyone know who the most recent person to receive honorary status was? I bet it was last summer at the latest? They may not even be doing memberships anymore, but that's just a theory.

Well, an Honor Member is basically a just member who has contributed a lot to Magix Club. If you look to the left of my post, it says "Group: Members", right? For them, it says "Group: Honor Members". They also supposedly have their own private forum, but I don't know too much about that.

yea i belive theres always a chance and its generaly happens when you lest expect it when i became an honor member i was compleatly confused, i had signed out the night before at the rank before true fairy then when i got up in the morning i signed in i was a true fairy and to my suprise an honor member i remember talking with becca about possible reasons for it lol

Lol, well Sanfea is the only admin right now. She has msn messenger so you can talk to her about it on that if you want. Magix Club practically....is like closed...hehe...except that they are probably going to keep it open. What I mean is that Mari and Daphne (who were the founders) are gone soo....

There was a poll a few months ago, remember? That's how Terry became an Honor Member.
Guess we'll just have to wait for an Admin. to make another poll like that...

Most people became one through contests and stuff, the most common probably being the Magix Club Awards, where there's a category called 'Next Honor Member'. So the winner of that award becomes one. Before, the staff or main Admin or someone would select people they thought had made a large contribution to the forum to become an Honor Member, but that hasnt happened in years.

Adding onto what Humbu said, instead of the Admins choosing who they think deserves to be an Honour Member, now it's really more like who the members themselves think deserve it. Thus the award.
And speaking of Honour members. Honor Humbu? Really? Does that look Canadian to you? Let's see some lines. xD

Journalists = Two members chosen by staff to post winx news
Senior Members = Members with over 5,500 posts
