Harmonix Dolls Options

Well I am reserving judgement on the new transformations until I see detailed pics of them in animation not on dolls. I think the problem with Belivix was Sophix and Lovix as they were one episode apperances and never seen again. Yet they seemed to be an add on to believix a bit like charmix was to their original transformation.

At least charmix was around for a while though and was more like a step up rather than an alternate form like sophix and lovix. I also don't want to judge the new one too much before better images come out, but from what we've seen so far they do look simpler and pretty. But that could also be because they are on dolls and some dolls tend to make the outfits look a lot less complicated than they are.

I agree, I could favor it either way. Nicely detailed, like Enchantix, or simple and pretty, like Harmonix and their original Season 1 outfits. I think I could fully back the Season 5 transformations if the art direction keeps them consistent, in the fairy-theme, and doesn't go overboard with extra junk.

Season 4 is still the one that went overboard for me. I think I had lost a little interest in Winx during this season actually. There was too much going on with the Believix, Sophix, Lovix... While I liked some parts of each outfit, the Season 4 transformations rate the lowest for me. (That's not to say I dislike them, but they are my least favorite.) Especially on the Believix theme, the costumes were too busy. Too much going on, not a consistent style or theme, and in some ways too casual to be considered a fairy transformation (but that's by my standards). Even though they were on Earth and proposed to be more casual, I still would have liked the fairies to have a more "fairy" look to them. The Believix outfits were something they might wear to mall or (by today's dress standards), to school? Lol. Of course, I wouldn't mind having Tecna's Believix outfit for Halloween or maybe motorcycle riding, oh yeah!

i agree way to casual and way too buisy. i mean i love detail but enchantix was the perfect amount of detail and then believix seemed a little too much but i mean i didnt dislike season 4 nor the outfits, they where very cute. I'm just really really exited to see some official images of all their sirenix's & harmonix transformations, but i really hope they pick up the pace. i mean i like them so far but it's not what i expected and i have to say so far im disapointed but hey i could have my mind completley changed! who knows!

I'm just still set on the fact that Bloom (the images ive seen so far) is a replica of Ariel. it's weird. i dont know maybe thats just me but Bloom should have kept that signature bloom hair cut not this new side swept bangs thing, its pretty but it feels a little unatural for her. Although people change and grow and the same goes for character development and whatnot.

I think these look promising, and I'm excited to see the official artwork for all of them. I'm kind of sad this isn't sirenix though, since Sirenix will be the main level of season 5. I really don't like the outfits in the season 5 trailer, and if those are the Sirenix power I'll be really disappointed. hopefully that was just a quick job and those aren't the final designs.

I also was not really fond of the outfits seen in the CGI part of that trailer, but those were also pretty blurry and hopefully not the final product or just too blurry to get the full effect. I just don't like the multiple power ups in one season.

and very lazy. i was expecting movie quality CGI. I hope soo much that those mermaids arent sirenix. because that would be the most disapointing thing ever, well since believix.

Within the first 3 episodes would be guess. As they most probably need it to fight and breath under water. I know Layla knows a spell that allows them to but they cannot be relying on Layla all the time.

believix took what six episodes? or something like that it will probably be around the same, within the first seven definatley. i hope they all get theirs gradually i found the believix all together a bit .. crowded? and cramped for the story line. the whole plot was very very fast but i'd love for it to be slower and more paces like season 3.

I think it's good simple. It shows that it wasn't a lot of work but it's still beatiful and elegant.

No, we definitely know what Harmonix is. we just are waiting to see what the final, official Sirenix is.

I feel like Harmonix is going to be a gift of heart, like Sophix and Lovix are. when they find they can't take care of the villains so easily, they get Sirenix powers and fight regularly. either that, or they're Harmonix on land, fighting in 2D, and then transform into Sirenix and fight in 3D. if Harmonix and Sirenix appear equally, I'll be happier.

And bingo was his name-o! Oh, ahem, what I mean is you hit something on the head for me. "I'd love for it to be slower and more paces like season 3". Here here sister! I really want to get back to the gradual, journey-style of the seasons. Season 4 really dropped the ball for me. We spent more time chasing down Roxy than having a real plot. I want it to be about Roxy as well, but the season did not do justice to the six other Winx girls and their adventure and journey. I don't feel like Season 4 had a good journey and it was too fast paced, bloated with "stuff" and transformations, etc. I would give anything to have Straffi return to a Season 1, 2, or 3 feel.

Looks like I'm not going to enjoy season 4 then (or the way season 5 is looking with all of these transformations) because of the fast pace. Season 1 is still my favorite, and then followed by season 2 (I was kind of mad that Nick didn't re-air those. I understand why, but it would have ben cool if they had done it).

I feel like no information is really true though since there is so little official info on it. I do think it will have something to do with different transformations based on 2d or 3d because of the trailer for it and the press releases about it being in both, it would make sense.

Wow, so the first 2D Images we seen are actually Harmonix not Sirenix. So the ones on the 3D Trailer could be Sirenix. I just hope those forms in the 3D are not finalize. =S It seem that their Casual Outfits in the Trailer are already finalize, but could be for Sirenix as well.

The dolls are pretty, but it could be possible they could be missing some details from the Official 2D Images. I can't wait to see Musa's, Tecna's, and Aisha's/Layla's full images. They are the ones we need to see. xD Of course, I want to see the full 2D images of all of them. Heh, just have to wait. (I wonder if Sirenix will have 2D Images or they will show 3D Images? =S)

@Zhan, dnafn im glad someone agrees. i couldnt keep up. i mean its all pretty and whatever but when theres too much happening it takes away from the plot and starts to become this race to beat the bad guys. i mean Roxy, did you have to be stubborn for half the season? and Specialists, did you have to stalk the
Winx, why couldnt you jsut explain it to them instead of us following you around for five episodes making the Winx angry. -.- i dont know its not my cup of tea. im glad its two transformations not three (and three wing sets) thats just WAY WAY WAY too much. one transformation is more than enough, especially for someone with my attention span.
