I have problem I cant register there, strange; because username is aviable also everything is aviable but it says that I'm ineligible for youtube.

For some countries, you don't need to enter a postal code. I didn't need to enter one for India.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that you wouldn't have to give your postal code. I think Canada and the US are the only countries where you have to give your postal code.

It kept popping up for me when I tried registering at first; the problem is that you have to wait a few days until YT "forgets" you have already tried entering age under the limit, as it does know that the second time in row you try you are lying.

I waited a couple of days until I remembered it again and it worked for me ticking 1995.
