well Pixel art is a form of art which is purely digital. we usually use programs such as paint (and sometimes photoshop) to make the "dolls". basically its were you spend alot of time staring at a screen putting dots and lines on a base (wich is something that looks like a cartton/human but is pixeled). and WA LA you get a pixel doll.

a pixel is a digital dot which forms a larger picture with many of them. Computers are all based on pixels. :3 hope i helped.

Well Abdu, I'm sorry to disappoint you but you don't use the spray tool to pixel. You should look up tutorials for the technique to understand it.
