Simple. If you're going to do this whole Paris Hilton thing, you're going to have to jump through a lot of hoops, literally and metaphorically. If you lose, all you'll have is negative publicity towards your name. If you win, you'll have a brief boost in popularity as long as Paris Hilton decides to keep you around. As soon as she grows tired, she'll throw you away, and you'll be all washed up.

And that's assuming you don't get dragged into the wonderful world of illegal drug usage and the "rehab" craze.

lmao..thats not always true if cus if i win and she does decide to toss me, i will always be known as th person who won that reality show,(i would also be on wikipedia lol), so rather i stay friends with her or not, i will be in the public eye, and how the parazzi and others portray me will be up to them...and drug, been there done that not doing that no more so i doubt the whole drug thing.

Uhhh... no. As I've said before, Paris has had a long string of dirty, attention-grabbing attempts to stay in the media spotlight.

And also, let's assume you do win this. Who's to say Paris won't dump you as soon as possible and do the contest again next season?

And (Pardon my sarcasm) of course, being known as Paris' last accessory is SO much better then, oh, being known because of your creativity, determination and intelligence, winning things like Oscars, Pulitzer prizes, or Olympic tournaments (And other prizes that actually matter). I don't mind becoming famous, but I don't want to be the world's laughing stock (Or the world's butt-monkey). I want to be famous for something that actually gives you respect. Hell, I don't even want to become famous, I want my creations to become famous. All I want is my name into a top-selling game/book/comic/movie/cartoon/TV-series' credits: Character design by: *Place my actual name here*

Thanks!
Newsflash: The show is cancelled, because only forty people actually came to the auditions. Terry, with all due respect, may I snort with laughter and claim that I gained a bit more faith in humanity?

My dream is to be on Broadway dancing and singing. And its not for the publicity at all, I'm not satisfied doing an "office job" or in politics at all. I love the adrenaline rush of being on stage, if only I knew I could make it on broadway, but it seems like a dream, not a career at the moment seeing the chances of the whole situation.

And respect is respect. Like I said before, don't become the world's laughing stock just to get famous. Respect yourself.

Well, winning a contest to become Paris' best friend to be more precise.... my first reaction was somewhere between laughing and going 'oh no she didn't'. My mother laughed, all my friends laughed, and everyone I know was glad when the show got cancelled.
